In 2008, I realized my ambition by founding Dunes Capital Initiative, driven by a dream to create landmark structures. Since then, we have led in building homes and structures, committed to the society we serve.
Our journey began with Maz Consultants, a full-service consulting and engineering firm offering multidisciplinary expertise. Following Maz’s instant success, Dunes Capital Initiative was established as the parent company for all our ventures.
Under Dunes Capital, we expanded into diverse sectors, founding MAF Fire Safety and Security, now a leading brand in the region. We also ventured into gas, trading, food, retail, property development, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) solutions.
At Dunes Capital Initiative, every project starts with thorough client dialogue to understand their needs. We provide high-quality, cost-effective services, exploring multiple options to find the best solutions. Our expertise includes civil engineering, architectural and structural design, firefighting and alarm systems, building services, and project management.
